Do I need an account to buy?

No. Guest checkout is supported. You can create or sign in to an account when you want saved details or repeat order support.

When do I choose pickup or delivery?

Choose fulfilment in the cart or checkout flow. Pickup orders do not need a shipping address; delivery orders need location and access details.

Can freight change after checkout?

Some long, heavy or mixed orders need review. BuildBarn confirms freight before final payment or dispatch where review is required.

Can I return cut-to-length timber?

Custom orders, cut-to-length timber and special-order items are not returnable unless Australian Consumer Law requires a remedy.
