Buildbarn Pty Ltd, trading as Buildbarn, has a clear policy regarding returns and refunds, as outlined below.

If you change your mind or realize that you made a mistake with your purchase, you may return any stock item(s) within 7 days of purchase, provided that they are still in their original new condition, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note that our products are stored undercover; therefore, items cannot be returned if they have been exposed to the weather. Refunds will be processed and deposited into your nominated bank account within three business days, though restocking fees may apply, and a freight fee may also apply if the item(s) need to be picked up.

If you receive any damaged or faulty products, or if the products are not as described, you must return them or arrange for pickup by us within 7 days to receive a full refund.

Custom-made or specially ordered items, including items that have been cut to size or processed in any way, cannot be refunded unless they are damaged or faulty.
